• With Sharetribe: platform management and hosting

• With shipping carriers: to fulfill orders

By using Fetish Revival, you agree to follow these rules.

Sellers must upload original photographs that accurately represent the item being sold. Stock photographs, misleading images, excessive digital alteration, or images that conceal the true condition of an item are prohibited.

1. Respect Others

• Treat all members with kindness and professionalism.

• No harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on gender, race, orientation, or identity.

• Do not post offensive or explicit sexual content.

2. Safe and Legal Listings

• Only list items you own and have the right to sell.

• Do not sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods.

• Used intimate apparel must comply with all hygiene and resale laws.

• Explicit adult products or pornographic material are not allowed.

3. Honest Representation

• Use clear, accurate descriptions and real photos of your items.

• Disclose flaws, wear, or damage honestly.

• Avoid misleading titles or false claims.

4. Communication Standards

• Keep conversations polite, relevant, and professional.

• No spam, solicitation, or off-platform transactions.

5. Prohibited Behavior

10. Off-Platform Transactions

For the safety of our community, buyers and sellers must complete all purchases, payments, and communications through the Fetish Revival Platform.

Users may not:

• Request payment outside of Fetish Revival;

• Encourage buyers or sellers to complete transactions off the Platform;

• Share payment account information for the purpose of avoiding marketplace fees;

• Attempt to circumvent Fetish Revival's payment processing or transaction systems.

Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

11. Repeat Violations and Enforcement

Fetish Revival may investigate any suspected violation of these Community Guidelines.

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

• Remove listings or content;

• Issue warnings;

• Temporarily suspend accounts;

• Permanently terminate accounts;

• Restrict marketplace privileges;

• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the Platform without prior notice.

12. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations

Fetish Revival respects the intellectual property rights of others.

Users should not upload or sell items that infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

If you believe content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a report in accordance with our Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy.
